HOT FRUIT 
2 (16 oz.) can peaches
2 (29 oz.) can pears
1 (20 oz. can chunk pineapple
1 (16 oz.) can sweet cherries
3 med. sliced bananas
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) jar applesauce
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cranberries
4 oz. pecan halves

Optional.

Drain fruit. Arrange in 9x13 pan. Heat brown sugar, applesauce and butter; stir. Pour evenly over fruit. Arrange pecans on top. Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar on top. Let sit overnight. Bake next day 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot, warm or room temperature, plain, over pound cake, ice cream or whatever. Good for buffet. Serves 12+.
