HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 med. can sliced pineapple
1 med. can peach halves
1 jar apple rings
1 med. can pear halves
1 med. can apricot halves
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
Curry powder

Drain all fruit, saving 1 cup juice. Cut fruit. Arrange in layers in casserole dish. In broiler, combine sugar, butter, flour and juice. Cook, stirring until thick and smooth. Pour over fruit in casserole. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Before serving heat in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle curry powder on top just before baking. Serves 20.
