HOT CURRIED FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can half pears
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
1 (16 oz.) can apricots
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (3 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Drain fruit and arrange hollow side up in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake for 1 hour. Best made a day ahead and reheated at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Any fruit may be substituted. If for large group, increase amount of fruit.
