HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 can pineapple bits
1 can peach slices
1 jar apple rings
1 can pear halves
1 can apricot halves
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sherry

Drain all fruit well. Layer in large, medium deep casserole.

Mix flour, brown sugar, butter and sherry over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until smooth and bubbly. Pour over fruit; cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

Before serving, heat in a 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly (30-45 minutes). Delicious with pork, ham or turkey. Serves 12-14.
