HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can pineapple rings
1 lg. can peaches
1 lg. can apricots
1 lg. can pears
14 oz. jar spiced apple rings
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sherry

Drain fruits. Arrange in 2 quart buttered casserole. Stir butter, sugar, and flour in sauce pan on low heat until butter is melted. Add sherry. Stir until thickened. Pour this sauce over fruit. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir gently a couple of times during baking. Can be stored in refrigerator up to 3 days before baking.
