HOT SPICED FRUIT CASSEROLE 
16 oz. can pineapple chunks
16 oz. can peach halves
16 oz. can apricot halves
1/3 c. melted butter
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. curry powder, or to taste

Drain well the canned fruit and arrange in layers in a medium casserole dish. Combine the butter, sugar and spices and pour over the fruit. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each serving. Also good served as side dish with meat.
