HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 can peaches
1 can pears
1 can apricots
1 can pineapple
1 can sliced apple rings
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sherry

Drain off juice and arrange fruit in casserole dish. In double boiler mix butter, flour, sugar and sherry. Stir until it begins to thicken. Pour over fruit and let set. (The longer you let it set out the more flavor.) Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
