HOT SHERRIED FRUIT BAKE 
1 med. can sliced pineapple
1 med. can peach halves
1 med. can pear halves
1 med. can apricot halves
1 jar apple rings or maraschino cherries

SAUCE:

1 stick butter
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sherry or peach brandy

Drain fruit and arrange in layers with apple rings on top. Cook sauce in double boiler until thick and smooth. Pour over fruit and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Note: good as dessert or with egg dishes and coffee cake for brunch.
