ONION CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken cutlets
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. can French dried onion rings
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg & 1 tbsp. milk, mixed
Dash of pepper

Roll onion rings, cheese, bread crumbs and pepper in plastic bag until crumbled. Dip cutlets, one at a time, in egg mixture and shake in bag until coated. Put cutlets in 9 x 13 greased baking pan and top with remaining crumb mixture. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Check chicken for tenderness.
