ONION CRUSTED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; stir well. Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings. Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan and top with remaining onions. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
