ONION CRUSTED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts halves, skinned & boned
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (2.5 oz.) can onion rings

Flatten chicken to 1/4". Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Dip chicken in butter mixture and roll in crushed onions. Place in 13"x9"x2" pan. Pour remaining butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
