ONION-CRUSTED CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
3/4 to 1 c. crushed Durkee fried onions

Slightly flatten chicken breasts. Melt butter and add Worcestershire. Dip breasts in butter. Then roll in fried onions to coat. Place in 9 x 13 inch greased casserole. Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle on any leftover butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves 3-4.
