ONION - CRUSTED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned & flattened
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; stir well. Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings. Arrange chicken in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with remaining onion rings. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
