ONION CRUSTED CHICKEN 
4 pieces of chicken breast, skinless and boneless
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (3 oz.) cans fried onion rings, crushed

Flatten the chicken breast pieces slightly with kitchen mallet or edge of plate. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Melt butter and the dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Crush onion rings. Dip the chicken pieces in the butter mixture. Then roll in onion rings crumbs; place in buttered 9 x 13 pan; top with remaining crumbs and drizzle on any leftover butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
