ONION CRUSTED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
Salt
Pepper
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can Durkees French fried onions

Crush French fried onions. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then dredge in onions. Place in baking pan and drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
