ONION CRUSTED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed

Place each piece of chicken between to sheets of plastic wrap, and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pint. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard and stir well. Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings. Arrange chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; top with remaining onion rings. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 servings.
