HOT SHERRIED FRUIT 
1 jar chunk pineapple, drained
1 jar apricot halves, drained
1 jar peach slices, drained
1 box coconut macaroons (Archway)
2 bananas
Slivered almonds
1 c. sherry
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter

Crumble cookies in fairly large pieces in bottom of casserole dish. Cover with the fruit. Mix sherry, sugar, and butter together and then pour over fruit. Slice bananas and top fruit and then lightly sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot and scoop up from the bottom when serving. Delicious.
