HOT SHERRY FRUIT 
1 (#2) can peach halves
2 (#2) cans pineapple slices
1 jar apple rings
1 (#2) can apricot halves
4 tsp. flour
1 c. light brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 3/4 c. fruit juices from above
1/4 c. cooking sherry

Serves 8 to 12. Great with ham.

Drain and save fruit juices except apple rings (use small amount). Arrange fruit in alternate layers in large 9"x13" casserole dish. Combine brown sugar, butter, juice and sherry in saucepan. Cook, stirring over low heat until smooth and thick. Pour mixture over fruit. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Before serving. heat in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes. This keeps well and may be reheated.
