SHERRIED HOT FRUIT 
1 c. sherry
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Canned fruit (peaches, pears, spiced apple rings, pineapple chunks)
Sugar

Heat sherry, butter and cornstarch together until warm but not set, add a little sugar. Pour above liquid over fruit and store in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. This will be bubbly.
