MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. potatoes, mashed while hot
1 stick butter, cut
1 tsp. onion salt
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. half & half
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Combine ingredients and place in a casserole dish. You may sprinkle top with parsley flakes. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This may be prepared a day before serving. Keep in refrigerator until 1/2 hour before cooking.
