3 c. cut up celery
1 c. cut up onions
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 c. of leftover gravy
1/2 can water chestnuts, if desired
Optional: mushrooms
1 can chow mein noodles
Optional: cooked rice

Cook celery and onions in a little grease or oil, about 1 tablespoon, about 10 minutes. Add meat and a little gravy or meat stock, soy sauce and sugar. Cook five minutes. Then add bean sprouts, optional water chestnuts and optional mushrooms. Bring to boil and then take off heat. Serve with chow mein noodles; and rice if desired. It's a good way to use leftover chicken, pork or turkey.
