1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. mince meat
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Grease cookie sheets. Cream butter and sugar. Beat until smooth. Add egg, stir in mince meat. Sift flour with baking powder and add to creamed mixture, mixing until blended. Drop on cookie sheets by teaspoonfuls 1" apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown.
