HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
1 can firm peach halves in juice or thin syrup
1 can pear halves
1 can sliced pineapple
2 cans sliced apricots
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1 can mandarin orange slices

SAUCE:

1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Heat sauce ingredients together until mixed well. Drain fruit well; arrange in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour sauce over fruit. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. This is a great side dish or for a brunch. It takes about 45 minutes to reheat.
