1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Beat all together and divide into 2 cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

FILLING:

5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook together flour and milk, set aside to cool. Stir occasionally. Must be cool before mixing with remaining ingredients. Beat sugar, Crisco, butter, salt and vanilla until fluffy. Add cooked mixture and beat again until fluffy. Spread on 1 cake and put the other cake on top. NOTE: Be sure to use pudding even if the cake mix has pudding in the mix.
