CRUSTY ROASTED POTATOES 
5 new potatoes
1-2 tbsp. butter, melted
Dash of Spike, Veg-Sal or seasoning of choice

Cook potatoes in steamer for 20 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Cool. Cut in 1/2" slices. Place on cookie sheet. Brush evenly with butter. Sprinkle with seasoning. Heat under broiler until crusty and golden, about 10 minutes. No need to turn them. Serves 2 to 3.
