ROASTED POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
8 lg. baking potatoes
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 13x9x1 3/4-inch baking pan. Pare potatoes; roll in melted butter to coat well. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour. Remove pan from oven; turn potatoes. Add chicken broth. Bake 1 hour longer, turning several times. Yield: 8 servings.
