BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE 
1 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding

Blend the above together. 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. butter

Stir over low heat until it boils. Put on medium heat for 5 minutes more (test to soft ball stage in cold water). Add 1 1/2 cups walnuts. Stir until it starts to thicken. Drop by teaspoon full on wax paper or put in greased 8 x 8 inch tin pan. Cool and cut into squares.
