ROAST BAKING POTATOES 
6 tbsp. butter
10 med. baking potatoes
Seasoned salt
About 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Select a shallow pan just large enough to hold the potatoes in one layer. Melt butter in a pan, 325 degree oven. Peel potatoes, round edges off nicely to give them a uniform shape. Roll in melted butter until well coated. Sprinkle all over with seasoned salt. Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove pan from oven, turn potatoes and add chicken broth. Return to oven for about 45 minutes or until fork tender, basting several times. Yield 10 servings.
