BAKED PORK ROAST 
Pork roast
Clove of garlic

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rub roast with cut clove of garlic. Dredge with seasoned flour: 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. ginger

Place in oven. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees. Cook 30 to 35 minutes per pound for rib end of roast. Cook 40 to 45 minutes per pound for loin, sirloin roast or shoulder. Cook on rack with fat side up.
