HAMBURG-VEGETARIAN MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 med. onion 1 lb. hamburg 1 can Campbells vegetarian soup 6 med. potatoes Parsley Cook and mash potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook hamburg and onion until brown and drain. Line bottom of dish with hamburg mix. Put vegetable soup on top of mixture (do not dilute soup). Put mashed potatoes on top of soup mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
