HAMBURGER GRAVY OVER MASHED
POTATOES
 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper
2/3 c. chopped celery, cooked
2 cubes beef bouillon
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour

Brown meat, add onions and green pepper; saute slightly. Add cooked celery and water. Add seasonings and Kitchen Bouquet. Stir flour into part of water and add to above mixture. Cook until thickened. Serve over mashed potatoes.
