DEVILED GROUND BEEF ON MASHED POTATOES | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. water 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. catsup 4 c. hot mashed potatoes In large skillet cook beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Sprinkle with flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Stir in water, Worcestershire sauce and catsup. Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and comes to a boil. Serve over mashed potatoes. |
