GREEN BEAN SUPREME 
3 (16 oz.) cans French green beans
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter until golden, add flour stir well. Drain green beans and add beans to flour and onions, add sour cream, mix well. Add salt and pepper, mix and pour into casserole. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
