“HOT FUDGE SAUCE” IS IN:

HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 1/2 (1 oz. ea.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
dash of salt

Cook chocolate and water in top of double boiler over direct heat 3 minutes until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.

Beat with rotary egg beater until blended.

Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and salt,

Cook over boiling water 10 minutes or until thick and smooth.

Serve hot over ice cream, pudding or cake,

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
