MOTHER'S DUTCH APPLE PIE 
1/2 stick butter
6 large apples (peeled & sliced thin)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 pie crust

Layer half thin sliced apples in pie plate. Sprinkle with half of above ingredients. Add another layer of apples and remaining dry ingredients. Strip with crust and dot with butter.

Bake 1 hour @ 350°F.
