SAVORY PORK TENDERLOIN 
1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brush pork with oil. In shallow dish combine all remaining ingredients; blend well. Coat pork with crumb mixture; place roasting rack, tucking small end of tenderloin under. Insert meat thermometer so the bulb reaches the center of the meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 2-3 servings.
