RICE-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
2 green chiles, chopped
1 lb. Tillamook cheese, grated
1 sm. onion, grated
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Add oil to beaten eggs, add cheese to rice. Combine all ingredients and bake in 10 x 10 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Great with ham or chicken.
