BROCCOLI, RICE, CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice (cooked in 2 1/2 c. water)
2 sm. pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
Slivered almonds

Saute celery and onion in butter. Combine with broccoli and rice. Place in casserole. Mix milk, soup and 1/2 of Cheez Whiz. Pour over broccoli and rice mixture, and top with remaining Cheez Whiz and almonds. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
