BROCCOLI, RICE AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 sm. chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. instant rice, uncooked

Saute onion in butter. In separate pan cook broccoli in water. In baking dish combine: sauteed onion, broccoli and all other ingredients.

If desired, another 1/4 cup Cheez whiz can be spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. If too soupy, bake little longer. Can cover about 1/2 of time.
