BROCCOLI CHEESE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. cooked rice

Saute onion in skillet until clear. Add broccoli and stir. Simmer; add soup, stir, simmer. Add Cheez Whiz and stir; add rice (if too thick, add some water).

Pour into casserole. You can now freeze it, refrigerate it, or bake now, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

NOTE: This is better if not too thick before baking.
