CHEESE-BROCCOLI RICE 
1/4 c. butter
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. long grain rice
2 1/4 c. water
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped,
thawed and drained
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter in wok over medium high heat. Add celery and green peppers; stir fry for 3 minutes. Add broccoli and uncooked rice; stir fry for 3 minutes longer. Stir in water, condensed soup, basil and salt. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice and broccoli are done, stirring often. Makes 6 servings.
