BROCCOLI, CHEESE, RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. cut frozen broccoli, room temperature
1 sm. jar pimento Cheese Whiz
1/2 stick butter
Dash of garlic powder
1 tsp. minced onion
1 c. minute rice and 1 c. water

Heat butter in a pan with the Cheese Whiz. Mix all ingredients together. On top put crumbs mixed with 1/2 stick butter. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
