BREADED DIJON PORK CHOPS | |
This is a very simple recipe and always tastes better with bone-in chops. medium or thick-cut bone-in pork chops 1 jar Dijon mustard (your favorite) Italian flavored bread crumbs (Progresso) Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a cooking tray lightly with non-stick cooking oil and set aside. Spread mustard on pork chops - both sides. Cover both sides of chop with flavored bread crumbs. Put chops on tray and bake at 325°F for about 30 minutes each side. Let them cook until they are cooked through and very tender. Thick chops will need a little more time. Note: If you need to cut down on cooking time, you can brown the chops in a hot frying pan before finishing them up in the oven. Submitted by: Dorothy Pettinato |
