CRACKER BREADED PORK CHOPS
So good!

2 lb. pork chops (I use bone-in)
4 large eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 sleeves Original "Premium" soda crackers, crumbled (or your favorite cracker)
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Wash pork chops off.

Beat eggs and milk in a deep dish. Season both sides of pork chops and add some seasoning to the egg mix.

Dip pork chop in egg mix then in cracker crumbs. Push the pork chop into the cracker crumbs to get a good amount on the pork chop.

Add oil to skillet on medium heat. Cook chops, flipping once, till no more pink.

Serve with potato salad and corn on the cob.

These were a hit! I've been looking for an easy way to spice up pork chops without spending all day in the kitchen, and this recipe is it. The cracker crust gets SO crispy and flavorful - my family devoured them. A tip: I used Ritz crackers instead of Premium since that's what I had on hand and they worked great! Served with potato salad & corn like Angela suggested... perfect meal!
