HUNTERS MEAT LOAF | |
1/2 c. uncooked wild rice 1 c. water 1 lb. ground venison 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. chopped onions 2 tbsp. ketchup 1 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Rinse and drain wild rice. Cook wild rice in water for 15 minutes and drain. Combine rice and remaining ingredients. Shape in a loaf in bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
