BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned, rinsed
8 oz. can crabmeat
1 stick butter
1 1/2 pkg. Ritz (or 3/4 c. crackers plus 3/4 c. breadcrumbs)

Melt butter. Add crabmeat. Stir in crushed crackers and crumbs. If not moist, add a little water. Place stuffing in shrimp. Put shrimp on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Note: Can also use for lobster. Keep shell on shrimp, can use as appetizer. Serves 4.
