BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. med. shrimp
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. your own bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. parsley
1 can crabmeat, do not drain

In bowl mix together bread crumbs, crushed Ritz crackers, parsley and crabmeat with liquid. Rinse and dry shrimp.

In saucepan, melt butter, juice from lemon, and garlic together.

In 8x12 inch baking dish, pour 2 tablespoons of butter mix in bottom of baking dish and spread to cover the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of shrimp and pour half of crumb mixture and half of the remaining butter mixture. Add another layer of shrimp, add the rest of crumb mixture and remaining butter mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Serves 6-8.
