BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1/2 c. toasted wheat bran
1 tbsp. corn oil (Mazola)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed or garlic powder
4 jumbo shrimp (deveined)

No Butter Dipping Sauce:

1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
small amount cornstarch

Mix bran, oil, lemon juice and garlic together for stuffing. Put 1 1/2 teaspoons on each shrimp.

Bake for 25 minutes at 325°F or until shrimp are white.

Dipping Sauce: Heat juices to boiling, then thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water.

Makes 2 servings containing 170 calories each.
