2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 bn watercress, stemmed
2 med. cucumber, peeled, seeded & coarsely chopped
4 scallions, chopped
1 c. black olives, sliced
1 sm. red bell pepper, chopped
2-3 c. pasta shapes

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Toss with hot pasta.
