ORIENTAL GARDEN PASTA SAUCE 
1 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes, undrained
16 oz. frozen or fresh mixed vegetables
16 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. chopped ham
1 c. shredded Romano cheese
1 tsp. oregano, basil, crushed rosemary, brown sugar

In a 4 quart pan saute the onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Serve over pasta.
